Forwarding Landline or Mobile Calls to an alternative number

We are frequently asked how to forward calls from one number to another and below we have information to help you set this up. 

Firstly, there are 4 options for diverting calls:

1 – Forward All calls (21)

2- Forward if call  is missed or not answered (61)

3- Forward if busy (67)

4- Forward when turned off (relevant on mobiles – 62)

BT Landline

First there is the option to forward calls from a BT line or Landline. This service is usually dependent on your line having the feature enabled. This is either supplied as “Call Divert” or as part of a “Feature” package.  Click the link for BT forwarding  here.
